The session covers important techniques and overlooked skills that are critical to a small business selling effectively.

Speaker Heather Brighton is the president of The Brighton Group Inc., a strategic management consulting and training company. As a business and change management consultant, Ms. Brighton is responsible for conducting group workshops on business skills development, and consulting with key executives on leadership and enhanced performance.
