The 23rd Street Association has been a successful advocate for its
members since 1929. We are proud to be a voice for the community and
are dedicated to the success of each and every one of our members.
 Our new brochure highlights our Waste Not, Want Not Community Project.

Executive Seminar Series
Sovereign Bank and TAB
We are pleased to inform you that Sovereign Bank and The Alternative Board of Chelsea New York
are launching an Executive Education Series for business owners and key
executives in the Chelsea Market of New York City. This exciting
executive education series will have a total of five separate high
impact learning sessions. The first seminar will take place on October
23, 2007.
