| The 23rd Street Association Hosts Networking Event
Wednesday, February 21, 2007 - Sovereign Bank
The 23rd Street Association in partnership with Sovereign Bank held the first in its series of “Billion Dollar Breakfast” Networking Events. If you are looking to enhance your business prospects by networking, these events should be at the top of your list. The most recent event on February 21st had several attendees already at the door at 7:10 a.m. awaiting the 7:30 a.m. opening. Christopher Toole, Vice President and Area Manager for the bank and Mary Anderson-Gallagher of the 23rd Street Association welcomed the participants as they arrived. “There is always a wonderful turnout for these events and the people that you meet are from quite a variety of businesses,” remarked Mary Anderson-Gallagher, Association Program Director. At each breakfast, there is a raffle and the opportunity for attendees to be called upon to give a “2-minute pitch” about their business. The next “Billion Dollar Breakfast” will be Wednesday, March 14th at 7:30 a.m. at the Park Avenue South and 20th Street location. Please RSVP to Fatima Goncalves at fgoncalve@sovereignbank.com.
