Security Task Force Forum The Security Task Force Forum is geared towards Real Estate managers and Security Directors of local companies. The Forum will feature several high-ranking NYPD officers, including 13th Precinct Commanding Officer Inspector Michael J. McEnroy and 10th Precinct Commanding Officer Captain Stephen Hughes, speaking about current crime trends, patterns and effective countermeasures. The keynote speaker for the event will be FDNY Battalion Chief William Van Wart. The speakers will be introduced by Leonard J.
